Mrs. Mary Ann Berry affectionately called “Tiny” beloved wife, mother, sister, cousin, and friend passed away January 4, 2022, at the age of 70 years. Mary was born in Coldwater, Mississippi to Ora Lee Wilkins & Lonnie White. At an early age, the family relocated to Bay City, Michigan, where she graduated from Bay City Central in 1970.

Mary worked for Kelly Temp Services and Norrell Temp Services for many years at General Motors. She retired from Euclid Industries in 2017 after 20 years. Mary was an active member in The Spiritual Israel Church & its Army. She was the Vice-President of the Mothers’ Board over 35 years where she achieved the status of Bride Mother. She also served as President of the Daughters of Zion for the Northern District. She was the head secretary, usher, and nurse at the Saginaw Temple. She enjoyed going to the casino, canning pears, plums, and pickles. She also enjoyed traveling to church and family events.

Mary is survived by her two daughters, Matisa Ellison and Kaylaya Berry; three grandchildren, Dalvin, Kingston, and Jacobi Berry; two sisters, Ora L. Wilkins and Lavona (Robert) Davis; one brother, Man (Shirley) Lewis, brother-in-law, Arthur L Berry; godchildren, Kuhani Anjiku, Tameca Wilkins, Chyniesha Hobbs, Corey Prescott, and Rolanda Evans Jr; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; special cousin, Mary Ann Griffin; best friend, Debra Foster.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, David; mother, Ora Lee Wilkins; father, Lonnie White; brother, Henry Wilkins; sisters, Earlene Jiles, Kattie Gutierrez, and granddaughter, Brytnae J. Berry.
