Mary Lee Kennedy passed away November 20, 2010 at St. Francis Home. Age 90 years. Mary Lee Williams was born May 11, 1920 in Haynes, Arkansas to Sherman and Ida Williams.
She later moved to Forrest City, Arkansas after marriage. She was a longstanding member of Beth Salem Baptist Church. She was active in many areas of the church such as singing in the choir, serving on the usher board and cooking. Mary worked for many years as a cook at Lincoln High School in Arkansas. She also enjoyed fishing, sewing, quilting and cooking. Later she moved to Saginaw to be closer to family.

Dorsey, Valencia Dorsey; one great-great grandchild, TaMarus Hooker; five nieces, Connie (Harry) Durham, Ernestine, Christine, Arlene, Earline; seven nephews, Elton Williams Jr., Edward Williams, Eugene Hicks, James Brown, Leonard, Phillip, Lavon Henderson; two sisters-in-law, Nannie Bea (Curtis) Stegall, Chicago, IL, Beatrice (L.C.) Williams, Saginaw, MI; many other relatives and friends including special friends, Elder Leon Conley, Mrs. Bessie Easley, Mattie Spears.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Kennedy; Sisters, Dazzie Lee, Mamie, Bertha; brothers, Elton, L.C. and dear friend Elexie Morgan.
