Mary 'Liz' Hill (Lansing)

Ms. Mary "Liz" Hill passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan. Age 62 years. She was born May 24, 1954 to Roosevelt and Cora Hill in Lansing, Michigan.
Liz attended J. W. Sexton High School. She was a very caring person who was loved by many. Liz especially cared for her family and friends. She has lots of loving friends!
She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Sparkle Burton and John Hill; three grandchildren, Khalid and Oshea Mitchell, Tierra Velasquez; mother, Cora L. Hill; four sisters, Flossie (Charles) Marshalls, Louisville, Kentucky, Patricia Ottarson and Coral D. Hill, both of Lansing, Michigan, and Sharon Hill, Suffolk, Virginia; two brothers, Robert Hill, Lansing, Michigan and John Hill, Battle Creek, Michigan; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her son, James Patrick Pig Hill; father, Roosevelt Hill, Sr.; sisters, Aniece Hill and Barbara Francis Hill Everett; brothers, Roosevelt Hill, Jr., Thomas Cause and Alden Judge; grandmother, Elizabeth Askew; and grandfather, Reverend Edward Askew.
