Mary Julia Wade (Aunt Katie) was born September 28, 1923, to the union of the late, Jeff and Mary Wade, in Memphis, TN. She was one of five (5) children blessed to that union. She was summoned home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 15, 2013.
Mary Julia was preceded in death by her parents, Jeff and Mary Wade, sisters; Beatrice Shoals, Mattie Mingtoi Buycks, Conjundia Cannon and brother, Jack Wilson Wade. She leaves several nieces and nephews, some of whom she helped raise, and many grand and great nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. We have many fond memories of our beloved aunt and will always cherish them.
