Michael Burrows (Lansing)

Michael was Cheryls tenth child and her baby boy. He attended Detroit Public Schools, Grand Ledge High School and Lansing Community College where he studied housing construction. He could hang drywall and seal toilets like a pro. He enjoyed building and refurbishing homes with his Mom; with his tall stature he rarely needed to use a ladder. Mike worked for Ziebart Auto Detailing and Caliper Automotive. He worked enthusiastically and with pride. He recently had accepted a food service position with the Lansing Lugnuts Cooley Law School Stadium where he was to start in April 2016. Anything you asked of Michael was done with a smile. He was an all around great guy. Michael taught himself to swim at age 7, could cook a four course meal, clean a house, and crochet. Micky, as some fondly called him, was very proud of his accomplishments, especially those from the past few months. Mike could hold a lucid intelligent conversation with anyone from any walk of life. He was well liked by everyone he came in contact with.

He was preceded in death by brothers, John and Christopher; grandmother, Josephine Burrows; great uncle, Joseph Franklin; and Brother-in-Law, Jameel Johnson.
