Mr. Michael Jerome Farmer passed away Monday, February 22, 2021, at his residence in Saginaw, Michigan. Age 48 years. He was born July 28, 1972 in Little Rock, Arkansas, the son of H.B. Farmer and Rosie Bradley.
Michael came to Saginaw, Michigan as a child and spent most of his life there. He graduated from Buena Vista High School and worked at Red Lobster for 32 years. Michael loved sports but wrestling was his favorite. He enjoyed going to hockey games with his close friend Tommy, and he loved to eat out and shop. One of his favorite spots was Five Below. A lover of music, he enjoyed attending Gospel Fest and the Country Music Festival. His favorite shows were Sanford and Son and Good Times. His presence will truly be missed.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, H.B. Farmer; grandmother, Hattie Mitchell; uncles, Lester, June and Willie Farmer.
He leaves precious memories with his mother, Rosie Bradley; stepmother, Gertha Boyd; sisters, Melisa and Kenrya Farmer; stepsister, Marlania Boyd; brothers, Willie Farmer, Harry Brown; stepbrother, Aaron Boyd; nieces, Alexis, Arianna, Shamonica, Carmella Brown, Desirea and Jaslynn Farmer, Meyia Wilson, Somaya Harris, Tatanesha Charleston and special niece, Jamylah Brown; nephews, Amarrion, Jamaris, Ke’Marrion Brown and special nephews, Harry Jr. “Trey” Brown; special aunt, Lera Burton; uncle, Tommie Farmer; brothers-in-law, Harry Sr. and Demetrius Brown; many cousins, other loved ones and friends, including special friends Tommy Pasirillo, Jerahmi Stabley, Steve Williams and Doris Brown.
The family would like to express special thanks to Harry, Demetrius, Alexis, Shamonica and Arianna Brown, Kenyra Farmer, Melisa Farmer, Lera Burton, Ivan E. Phillips and the Staff of Paradise Funeral Chapel.
