Michael Manko (Lansing)

Mr. Michael Theodore Manko passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan at the age of 56 years. He was born June 26, 1965, to parents, Ted and Joan Manko in Lansing, Michigan.

Residing in Lansing, Michigan, Mike was a member of St. Gerard Church. He graduated from Waverly High School in 1983, where he was All-State and MVP of his track team. Mike was an avid pool player, winning multiple tournaments and awards. He also enjoyed cooking. After 30 years of working with the Quality Department at General Motors, he was enjoying his recent retirement.

Mike leaves to cherish his memory parents, Ted and Joan Manko of Lansing, Michigan; sister, Lisa Manko of Williamston, Michigan; brothers, Ted (Bobbie) Manko of Okemos, Michigan and Joe (Michelle) Manko of Columbus, Ohio; niece, Noelle Manko of Columbus, Ohio; nephew, Nathan Manko of Columbus, Ohio; aunt, Elaine (Dave) Wyckoff; cousins, Liz (Eric) Deichmann, Angela Poe, Colleen (Scott) Miller, and Tom Wyckoff.
