On Friday, April 25, 2014 Michael Anthony Moore Sr. passed away to be with his heavenly Father. He was born April 27, 1965 in Saginaw, Michigan to Mattie B. and Glenzo Moore.
Big Mike took great pride in being the cornerstone of the family. He was socially active and notorious throughout Saginaw as being funny, crazy and an annoyance to those who loved him. He was a caring, loving and spiritual man that was known as Papa to his grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing and was a great cook. Michael shared a heart of love and affection with all that knew him. Big Mike will be missed dearly.
He leaves to cherish his memory one son, Michael Anthony Moore Jr.; two grandchildren, Makiah Armani Moore and Michael Anthony Moore III; his mother, Mattie B. Moore; two sisters, Denise Michelle Townsend and Cassandra Ann Moore; two brothers, Darryl Glenn Moore Sr. and Timmeth Lee Grays; four nieces, Ranesha Rychele Hazel Williams, Precious Lakeyia Moore, Krystal B. Moore and Toiya Kioyatta Moore; eight nephews, Randall Jones Jr., Dontaye Lamont Jones, Darryl Demont Robinson, Leonarr Tiondre Moore, Darryl Glenn Moore II, Joshawn Dkiye Moore, Jokwani Dion Moore and Joquaris Dneko Moore; five great-nieces and three great-nephews; six aunts and three uncles; one sister-in-law, Cassandra Moore; one brother-in-law, Gregory Townsend; many other relatives and friends including special friends, Carolyn Johnson, Renee Green, Sonny West, Alex Taylor, Carl Little and Patrick Reed.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, Glenzo Moore, his grandparents and one sister, Charlotte L. Moore.
