Mother Johnnie Mae Webb

Sunrise- Johnnie Mae Price was born August 13, 1931 in Sherrill, Arkansas to Cal and Martha (Allen) Price.

Sunshine- Johnnie Mae fell in love and married George Webb. Soon after, they moved to Saginaw, Michigan.

Sunny Disposition- Mother Webb was a member of Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, where Blake Strozier is the Pastor. She taught Sunday school, attended Bible study, and ushered for many years. She worked at Clark's Store and Carrollton Public Schools as an aide for over 30 years. In her spare time, she enjoyed quilting.

Sunbeams- Mother Webb said with the home training she gave her children, she could take them to the White House and not have any problems. Five Sunbeams survive her, Frank (Judy) Webb, Pastor Curtis Webb, Cathy (Andrew) Ferguson, Corliss Dawkins, Clyde Webb; grandchildren, Tinene, Ayanna (Eric), Carrie, Nick, Brittany, Kamillah, Griffin (D’ondra), Lauren, Joshua (Krista), Stacie, Clyde Jr., Justin, Jasmine, Anjelica, and Justice; great-grandchildren (who called her GG), Danielle, Ashley, Diane, Fred’l, De’Shawn, Arynn, Brian, Brooklyn, Lyric, Niya, Nadiya, Dorian, Theo, Evelyn, Tatum Bell, Nicholas, Kylie, Joshua Jr. and Jacob; sister, Irene Parker; sisters-in-law, Mary Lee Frazier, Bernice Williams, Bertha Webb, Laura Webb; many other relatives and friends including special friends, Mary Cook and Florida Davis.

Johnnie Mae was predeceased by her husband, George Webb; daughter, Carol Webb; daughter-in-law, Sheryl Webb; siblings, Earlene Price, Ida Jean Price, Cal Price and IC Garner.

When we’ve been there 10,000 years bright shining as the sun. We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise than when we’ve first begun.
