Mr. Tony Boggs, Jr.

Mr. Tony Jacquelle Boggs “Lil Tony” went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, June 25, 2023, at the age of 33 years. He was born on December 12, 1989, in Saginaw, Michigan to Felecia K. “Lisa” Perkins and Tony Boggs Sr.

Jacquelle accepted Christ at a very young age and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. He traveled extensively with the church and his grandparents Katie (Howard) McFadden. Jacquelle lit up the room with his beautiful smile everywhere he went. He received his education at C.C. Coulter Elementary, Webber Jr. High, and obtained his General Education Development certificate (GED). Jacquelle was employed as a detailer at a local car dealership. Jacquelle was a people person; his most enduring quality was his love for life, family, and friends. He also had a passion for spending time with family friends, and his dogs, Macho, Tater Tot, Oreo, Gorgeous, and Rihanna. Jacquelle touched the lives of every person that he met. He was a kindhearted, protective, and loving man. Jaquelle will be deeply missed.

Jacquelle leaves to cherish his memory one daughter, I' Yonnie Kaye Boggs, his father, Tony Boggs Sr. Grandparents, Norfleta (Nora) Perkins and Katie (Howard) McFadden; one sister, She’Slia Boggs; six brothers, Jermaine Q’von Perkins, Taylor Tae’Shawn Davis, Pierre La’Shae Perkins, Albert Lee (Durfo) Millege, Cordae Thomas, and Que’ Oataw Boggs; special cousins, Ronnie ‘Lil Ronnie’ Boggs Jr.; godsister, Tynisha Juanita Gollardo, three nieces, Yazlin Castillo, Nia’Miyah Gallardo, Asia Lyn Gallardo; one nephew, Raymon Gallardo; two aunts, Deidra A. Perkins, Madge D. (Willie) Pettigrew; nine uncles, Michael W., Victor B. Maurice Q., Gregory T. (Michelle)., Martin, Marcus, and Robert Perkins. Ronnie Boggs Sr., and William K. McFadden. A host of special cousins including Ronnie Boggs Jr., John “John John” Thomas, Linda Thomas, Yoshea (Yogi) Thomas, Todd G. Perkins, and Kevin Hayes.

Jacquelle was preceded in death by his loving mother, Felecia Kaye “Lisa” Perkins, Great Grandparents James Eugene (Maggie) Perkins Sr., Vonnie (Lester) Boggs; Great-Grandfather, Jake Adams, and friend, DeVarion Galvin.
