Mya Neyome Campbell died on Monday, May 7, 2018 at her residence in Lansing, Michigan. She was born June 13, 2011 to Marcus Campbell in Lansing, Michigan.
Mya was a lifelong resident of Lansing. She has several hobbies including styling and designing on her tablet, designing dolls with cloths and make-up, arts, crafts, signing and dancing. Mya had an infectious personality with a heart of gold and nothing but love in it. Any one who came in contact with Mya would automatically fall in love with her because of her kind, beautiful spirit. Mya was a fan of the Marvel Universe and loved her Monster High movies. She also loved animals, even the smallest firefly was her friend. Mya loved her big sister, Sadie and big brother, Lil Marcus.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her father, Marcus Campbell; grandparents, Michael (Barbara) Campbell and Mildred Dunnigs; sister, Sadie; brother, Marcus II.; 2 aunts, Lola Wasson and Brandi Campbell; uncle, Michael Campbell, II; 4 cousins, Michael Campbell III, Kaden Campbell, Xavier Campbell and Christopher Quillen II ; other relatives including Godfather, Quentin Burton, Godmother, Yolanda Burton and God-sister, Simone Burton; many other relatives including many special adoptive aunts, uncles and friends.
She was preceded in death by her great grandmother, Mrs. Poindexter; grandmother, Meme; aunt Silvia Poindexter; uncle, Steven Campbell and cousin, Fred Poindexter.
