Myron Brooks was born November 6, 1975 in Memphis, Tennessee and entered eternal peace on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 surrounded by family at the McLaren Bay Region Hospital.

Myron Brooks, affectionately known as “My My”, was the son of Charles and Freddie Lois Brooks. Myron has been a Bay City resident since 1982.

Myron accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and was baptized at the Peoples Baptist Church in Bay City, Michigan. He had a passion for cars and was a phenomenal car detailer. Myron also loved listening to and making music with his family.

Mr. Myron Brooks leaves to cherish his memory his father, Charles Brooks Sr., Memphis, Tennessee; five children, Myria Brooks, Marion Brooks, Myah Brooks, Myron Brooks Jr., and a stepdaughter who he loved as his own, Paige Knapp; the love of his life, Molly Lambert; two sisters, Beverly Jones, Tanya Brooks; brother, Charles (Tammy) Brooks; nieces and nephews, Keith Johnson, Antonio Bonner, Randy Bonner, Lois Brooks, Farrah Faye Brooks, Mercedes (Kym) White, Jasmine Brooks Watson, Devantae Kinsley, Marina Lowell, Akeen Meredith, Anthony and Brayden Brooks; two uncles, Clarence Joyner Sr., Willie (Marcie) Jeffreys; one aunt, Glenda Jeffreys; many cousins and friends including, special cousins, Kathy, Elton, Clarence Jr., Tracie and Blayton Joyner, who loved him like a brother.

Mr. Brooks was preceded in death by his mother Freddie Brooks; brother, Alfred Taylor; grandmother, Elizabeth Joyner; uncle, Anthony Jeffreys; and aunts Faye Jeffreys and Tommie Jean Joyner.
