Nathaniel Lewis Beasley, Jr.

Nathaniel Lewis Beasley, Jr. was born June 6, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Nathaniel Sr. and Enda Beasley. He passed away Friday, December 6, 2019 at the age of 77 years.

Nathaniel was his own man and lived his life on his own terms. He was a unique individual that loved his family and enjoyed their company. He loved all kinds of music and having fun. He never met a stranger and would talk to anyone. If he could help you, he would with no questions asked. He will be missed.

Nathaniel was preceded in death by his parents, Nathaniel Sr. and Enda Beasley; two sisters, Barbara Williams, Rose McDonald; sister-in-law, Mildred Beasley.

He is survived by three daughters, Bridgette (Donald) Grimmett, Saginaw, Michigan, Stacy (Roger) Cosby, Yvette Shaw, both of Dallas, Texas; one son, Tony (Diamond) Colvin, Dallas, Texas; eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Albert Beasley; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
