Nicklos Smith (Lansing)

Nicklos L. Smith passed away Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan. Age 39 years. He was born January 2, 1978 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Nancy Whitby Smith Ferguson and Dennis M. Smith.

Nicklos was a kind and caring man. He cared deeply of his family including his beloved dog, Chico. Nicklos enjoyed playing basketball, writing books, writing songs and listening to music. He really enjoyed all types of music, but he really enjoyed country and rap. Nicklos was known for his excellent free style rapping.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Karrie Harder-Smith; one daughter, Alexis Smith; two step-children, Corey Rosas and Tim Shaberg; grandchildren, Anglina, Kristofer, Roseyln and Ollie; mother and step-father, Nancy Whitby Ferguson (Alvin T. Ferguson); sister, Cheryl, Ivory and Ashley; two brothers, Undre and Johnathon; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many other relatives and friends including his beloved dog, Chico.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dennis Smith, brother Anthony Walton, grandparents, Manson and Ivory L. Whitby, uncle, Tommy Whitby.

The family would like to express special thanks first God and everyone that was in his life and touched him.
