Beloved father, son, brother, grandfather, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend was called home Sunday, May 31, 2009, at the age of 51. Mr. ONeal was the first of six children born to Annie and ONeal Givan on May 25, 1958, in Birmingham, Ala.
Mr. Givan loved his family and friends. He enjoyed working on cars and playing checkers. He leaves to cherish his memory his children: daughter Latoya Lowe of Saginaw; four sons: Deon ONeal Morris, Yull ODell Morris, Michael D. Morris, all of Ft. Wayne, Ind.; and Desmond Lowery of Saginaw; stepdaughter Rhonda M. Lowery and stepson Corey D. Lowery, both of Saginaw; grandchildren Deon ONeal Moris Jr., X-Zavion Lowe, Sharnice Townsend and Coreyona Lowery; mother and stepfather, Annie M. and Wallace Anderson; grandmother Bertha R. Young; two sisters Wanda D. Givan and Mary J. Givan-Gage, both of Saginaw; three brothers Dexter B. Givan, Yul D. Givan, both of Saginaw; and Clint R. (Kim) Givan of Grand Rapids; godbrother Jackie Robinson Dice and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Mr. Givan was preceded in death by his father ONeal Givan Sr.
