Oscar Sylvester Brooks 'Fredo'

Mr. Oscar Sylvester Brooks Fredo passed away Friday, April 1, 2016 at his residence. Age 19 years. He was born August 9, 1996 in Saginaw, Michigan to Andrea McGahee and Richard Brooks.
Oscar attended Saginaw Public Schools. He loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed eating, especially steak, shopping and playing video games. Oscar was a very talented basketball player and he also loved music, and rapping. He loved to hear himself on the microphone.
He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Andrea McGahee and Richard Brooks; step-mother, Verna L. Neal; his girlfriend, Emoniee Wilkins-Brooks; two sisters, Laurel Morris and Verna L. Neal; three brothers, Richard (Ebony) Neal, Ralph Neal and Leslie Neal; eleven nieces, Dezire, Karrei, Shanavire, Kamarei, Monique, Alize, Dazhnay, Sierra, Teyah, MoNey and Londyn; six nephews, Demarei, Linnie, Dremond, Travell, DeAntwon and Zay'onis and his unborn nephew, Richard III; three aunts, Elizabeth York, Heather Daniels, Tracy Morgan; one uncle, Danny; two cousins, Linda and Erica Lopez; many other relatives and friends including a very special cousin and friend, Kara Brown.
Oscar was preceded in death by one brother, Malicahi Rashad McGahee; two grandmothers, Ophelia Brooks and Velma Dawkins; grandfather, Oscar Speer; and aunt, Virginia Speer.
