Our Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, Brother And Uncle, Mr. Nestor Menchaca

Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and uncle, Mr. Nestor Menchaca Sr. went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at St. Marys of Michigan Medical Center. Age 69 years. He was born February 26, 1946 in Edinburg, Texas to Rafael and Margarita Menchaca.
Nestor married the love of his life, Teodora Vera on November 5, 1965. She survives him. He was employed by Tri-Valley Landscaping for many years. Nestor loved spending time with his family, listening to Mexican music, going to the casino and fishing. He was a loving father to five children and many grandchildren. His presence will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Left to celebrate his legacy is his devoted wife of 49 years, Teodora Menchaca; four children, Javiel Menchaca Sr., Marta (Pat) Menchaca, Nestor Jr. (Tammy) Menchaca and Ricardo (Jessica) Burnias; nineteen grandchildren including his palm tree Maria Reyes, Magdelena Morris, Jose Reyes, Alfred Mendoza, Lisa, Juan, Nestor III, Shawn, Javiel Jr., Alexander, Cecilia, Rafael, Jesus, Eddie, Raul and Marissa Menchaca, Topacio Bowser, Esiquio Reyes and Martin Olivo; ten great-grandchildren; one sister, Evangelina Villerel; one brother, Raul Menchaca Sr.; a special brother-in-law, Ben Vera; many other relatives, friends and extended family including his special friends, Nick and Rachel Gonzales.
Nestor was preceded in death by his parents, Rafael and Margarita Menchaca, four sisters, three brothers and one son, Rafael Menchaca Sr.
