Patricia Ann (Mcfadden) Rosario (Lansing)

Mrs. Patricia Ann (McFadden) Rosario passed away Friday, June 11, 2021, at her family residence in Lansing, Michigan. Age 65 years. She was born in Lansing, Michigan on September 18, 1955, to her parents, Cleo McFadden and Alfonso McFadden.

Patricia “Patti” was baptized at an early age at Friendship Baptist Church. She was a graduate of J. W. Sexton High School.

Patti was employed at General Motors Fisher Body, as well as The Black Child and Family Institute. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Patti’s especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Patti was a very loving and caring person, who met NO enemies! She was a “Mom” to all that knew her growing up. To know her was to love her. She will truly be missed.

She leaves to cherish her memory, son, DeAndre McFadden, Sr. (Nicole Whitehead); daughter, Natika McFadden (Jabraan Abullah); stepchildren, Carl Rosario, Jr., Marcella Rosario, and Darice Rosario-Brown; grandchildren, DeAndre McFadden, Jr., Markey McFadden-Walker, Dominique McFadden, Jabrea Morris, Maddux Cericola, and Nazaya Morris; great-grandchildren MaKoda Walker and Isaias Patton; mother, Cleo (William) McFadden-Woods; sister Cherylyn McFadden; niece, Andrea McFadden; nephew, Dijon McFadden, Sr.; great-nieces, Olyvia and Londyn McFadden; great-nephews, Jalen, Dijon, Jr., and Zane McFadden; aunts, Marian Scott and Henrietta Hinton; 11 step-grandchildren; 12 step-great-grandchildren; many cousins, other relatives, and friends including special friends, Cynthia Morrell, Nadine Brown, and Nate Zellnern.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Rosario, Sr.; father, Alfonso McFadden; grandparents, Walter Arnold, Bernice Hinton, Paul McFadden, Sr., and Esther McFadden; and her special friend, Maryam Zakeya.
