Patricia Damon

Age 52 years. She was born January 23, 1961 in Saginaw, Michigan to Roosevelt and Hattie Wadley.
Patricia accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of Rosehill Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Murray Culberson. She was a 1979 graduate of Saginaw High School. Patricia joined Tyrone Carl Damon in holy matrimony on May 30, 1995. She was a self-employed landlady who loved to shop and work in her garden. Patricia was an artist whose specialty was marble design and textile paintings. She also loved to sew, frequently designing her own clothes and hats. She was well known for her paisley designs. All of the east-side guys admired her work. Patricia especially loved spending time with her family and friends. Her presence will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Tyrone Carl Damon; one daughter, Ania Gail Damon; one son, David VanKarl Wadley; one step-son, Maurice Harris; her mother, Hattie Wadley; two sisters, Alicia Wadley and Sharon Price; three brothers, Ronald, Mark (Melissa) and Derrick (Meiling) Wadley; her beloved nieces and nephews, Chris, Tpring, Alexis, Kisha, Naima, Makie, Atonya, John, Niles, William, Robert, Paul, Leon, Valera; a very special nephew, Donald Perry; three aunts, Florence Robinson, Cynthia Robinson and Lucille Trapp; one sister-in-law, Phyllis Boyd; one brother-in-law, Clifford Wicker; many other relatives and friends.
Patricia was preceded in death by her father, Roosevelt Wadley, a son, Michael Wadley, one brother, Samuel Wadley, mother-in-law, Gladys Damon, father-in-law, Clyde Miller, one nephew, Dion Smith, sister-in-law, Francis Braddock, brother-in-law, Jerry Wicker.
The family would like to express special thanks to the University of Michigan Health System Critical Care Unit, Ivan E. Phillips and the staff of Paradise Funeral Chapel, Pastor Murray Culberson and the Rosehill Missionary Baptist Church family and the Kempton Elementary School staff.
