Mr. Phillip Hudson passed away Friday, April 8, 2016 at Doctors Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Age 68 years. Phillip Hudson was born February 14, 1948, in Bishopville, South Carolina to James Hudson and Pauline Hudson.
Phillip accepted Christ at an early age. He was educated in the Bishopville School District and New York School District. He later moved from New York to Saginaw, Michigan. Phillip worked over 30 years faithfully with General Motors to provide for his beautiful family whom he loved dearly. He was a member of UAW Local 455. Phillip later retired after 30 years of service.
In Phillips spare time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting and racing fast cars.
In April 2014, Phillip decided it was time to join his children and grandchildren in Dallas, Texas and he enjoyed every minute before his health failed.
Phillip is survived by his daughter, Victoria Hudson, Dallas, Texas; two sons, Phillip (Erika) Hudson, Jr. of Saginaw Michigan, Matthew Hudson, Dallas, Texas; brother, Robert Lee (Bobbie) Hudson of Saginaw, Michigan; grandchildren, Kevin Hudson, Phillip Hudson II, Detravion Hudson, Joshua Hudson and Jonathan Hudson; two great-grandsons, Phillip Hudson IV and Carter Hudson; a host of other relatives and friends.
Phillip is predeceased by his parents, beautiful wife, Rosie Lee Hudson, twin brother, Isaac Hudson, and brothers, James Hudson, Willie Lee Hudson, Junior Hudson, Sammie Lee Boone, Marion Hudson, grandchild, Jeremiah Hudson, and best friend, Bill Steward.
