Mr. Ralph Edward Neal entered the Kingdom of Heaven on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at the age of 45 years. He was born July 17, 1977, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Verna Lynn Morgan Neal and Ralph Edward Donald.
Ralph was a graduate of Saginaw High School. He was self-employed, a homeowner, and had his own businesses, one of which was photography. He was a member of the World Outreach Campus Church. Ralph loved to travel, have family gatherings, and study using his laptop. He was highly intelligent and had always been a straight-A student. Ralph loved his nieces and nephews and helped take care of them. He will be greatly missed.
