Randy Timonthy Trainor (Lansing)

Mr. Randy Timonthy Trainor passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 2, 2021, at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing Michigan. Age 52 years old. Randy was born January 13, 1969, to Earl, Jr. and Ruth Lee Irby Trainor in Steele, Missouri before moving to Lansing, Michigan.

Randy loved to spend his childhood on the famous Roosevelt Street with family and friends. Randy graduated from Eastern High School. He enjoyed playing sports throughout his life. Mostly basketball & football, where most of the time, he played with his brothers, friends, and cousins on the same team. They would be playing tournaments around in the city. He also enjoyed playing video games, traveling, and laughing. Randy was a lovely son, grandson, nephew, brother, uncle, father, friend, and husband.

He leaves to cherish his legacy, his forever love, Matricia; children, Juwan Trainor, Latrice Whitehead, and LaTrisha Miller; sibling, Alonzo (Earline), Belinda, Floyd (Ireah), Charles, Cynthia, Anthony (Leeandrea), Lydell (Delia), Tyrone (Rosalyn) and Felicia; mother-in-law, Brenda; 7 aunts; 5 uncles, many, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including special friends including his favorite teacher, Ms. Sharon Wilson, Tony Knox, Eric Smith, Charles Williams, Lee Henderson, Bernard Davis, and Floyd Wooduff.

Randy has joined his parents, Earl, Jr. and Ruth Trainor, in the great beyond in death, along with his grandparents, Earl, Sr. and Rosie Trainor, Joe Irby, and Ardessie Fleming, aunts, Velma Jones, Arma Cox, Linda Jones, Will Ella Trainor; uncles, Columbus Jones, George Jones; great-nephew, Kaleb Wesley Patterson; and brother-in-law, Terreal Whitehead.
