Regina Joyce Carter

Regina Joyce Carter passed away Friday, October 14,2011 at her residence. Age 43 years. She was born September 22, 1968 in Saginaw, Michigan to Lenward McKinney and Ella Mae Carter.
Regina was a member of New Friendship Baptist Church. Regina graduated from Buena Vista High School in 1987.
She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Cashmere Carter and Cira Carter both of Saginaw, Michigan; one grandchild, D'Andre Travell Richardson Jr., Saginaw, Michigan; mother, Ella Mae Warren; five sisters, Renee Carter, Charlotte Carter, Tina McKinney all of Saginaw, Michigan, Andrea McKinney and Nicloe McKinney both of Ohio; step-sister, Stephanie Robinson, Ypsilanti, Michigan; two brothers, Lenward Carter and Darren (Pamela) Lindsey both of Saginaw, Michigan; one niece, D'Neisha Lindsey, Saginaw, Michigan; five nephews, Walter Riley, D'Marcus Lindsay, Donquavias Lindsay, Justin Duran, Jahiem Carter; one aunt, Ida Marie Carter, Houston, Texas; many cousins other relatives and friends, including special friends, Randy and Keyon Jennings, Carolyn Speed, Nora Turner all of Saginaw, Michigan, Edward (Barbara) Stephen, Flint, Michigan, Wilnita (Henry) Williams, Mary Williams, Racheal (Raymond )Green all of Saginaw, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her father, Lenward McKinney; step-father, Stephen Warren; brother, Detrich L. Duran; special friend, Willie Collins.
