Robert retired from General Motors after many years of service. He was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Robert enjoyed baseball, fishing and bowling. His favorite pastime was singing and listening to gospel music. Gone but not forgotten, his presence will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
His memory will be cherished by his wife, Ollie Mae Pritchett; four daughters, Loretta (Virgil) Lyons, Luella (Clyde) Hopkins, Ollie Mae (Terry) White, Minnie (Roosevelt) Carter; one son, Jimmy (Sylvia) Pritchett; grandchildren, Vatrein Cordvae, Sidney Hopkins, Larry Russell Jr., Karein Russell, SheRee Hopkins, Vermaris (Germaine) Simmons, Terrance Russell Sr., Valon Lyons, Erika Carter, Jimmy (Sasha) Pritchett, Jameko (Brian) Thomas, Tracy Pritchett; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; nieces, Ruth, Elizabeth and Barbara Griffin, Joyce McCaster, Noreen Robinson, Deci Griffin, Sally Pritchett, Gloria, Debra and Louise Parham; nephews, Reverend Clemmie Griffin, Ike, Doris and Moses Griffin, Ned McCaster, Erin, Derrick and David Parham; several cousins including Leon Pritchett; many other relatives and friends including a special friend, Larry Russell Sr.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Irene and David Pritchett, one son, Robert Louis Pritchett, two sisters, Vannie Mae Griffin and Daisy Dooley, one brother, James Pritchett.
