Mr. Ricky Parks was born in Osceola, Arkansas to the late James and Ruthie Parks. He accepted Christ at Zion Valley Baptist Church under Rev. John Rincher.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children: Walter, Helen and Juana Parks all of Osceola, AR; siblings: Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Deaner of Phoenix, AZ, Jessie Parks of Saginaw, MI, CW Parks of Monroe, LA, Ann and Patsy Parks of Saginaw, MI, Katie Jones of San Diego, CA, Sally and Ruby Parks of Osceola AR; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many close friends. Ricky was preceded in death by his parents, grandmother Elvie Nichols, brother, Norman Lee Parks, nephew Micheal Jones and brother-in-law Jo Willie Davis
