Mr. Ricky Webb, beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend completed his earthly journey on May 19, 2024, at Covenant Healthcare surrounded by his loving family. He was born on January 1, 1961, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Taylor Webb, Sr. and Cora Webb. 


A pillar of his community, Ricky graduated from Saginaw High School, Class of1979. He was a devoted member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Dr. Vincent D. McMillon and First Lady, Dr. Gwendolyn McMillon. He served as a deacon, layman, mentor, and tutor to the youth, touching the lives of many with his wisdom and guidance. He later joined Friendship Baptist Church of The Colony in Plano, Texas.


Ricky's professional journey was marked by dedication and hard work. He spent over 30 years working for the Buena Vista School District, where he served as the Head Custodian and Football coach at Ricker Middle School. His passion for cleanliness and service led him to establish his own professional cleaning service, Micah and Isaiah Commercial Cleaning, LLC, in Plano, Texas. Ricky's commitment to his work was evident in the love and care he showed to his clients.


He leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness and is survived by his devoted wife of 37 years, Constance Webb, whom he married on September 4, 1987, in Saginaw, Michigan. Their union was blessed with three children: his daughter and best friend, Kawanna Dixon, and two sons, Greg (Stefani) Wilson and LaQuentis Madison. Ricky had a special bond with his many grandchildren, whom he adored and cherished. Ricky is also survived by his beloved siblings, Dorothy (Léonard) Doxie, Denise (Floyd) Jackson, Mary Ann Webb, Roy Webb, Taylor Jr. (Loretta) Webb, Jesse (Margie) Webb and Brady Pool; special aunt and uncle, Dorothy and John Moore; mother-in-law, Mary Stokes and sister-in-law, Junell Howell; special nephews, Pastor Lerone Clement and Troy Webb Jr.; a host of brothers and sisters in law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.


Ricky is reunited in eternal peace with his parents, Taylor Webb, Sr., and Cora Webb; brothers, Morris Webb, and Troy Webb; sisters, Myrtis Christian and Nellie Ricks; four aunts, Lillian Holmes, Bernice McAfee, Pecolia Thomas, and Marvella Thomas; sisters-in-law, Evelyn Webb and Shelia Clement; nephew, Gary Webb; many other uncles, nieces, cousins, nephews, and close friends.


In his free time, Ricky enjoyed watching movies, cooking, eating, and spending quality time with his grandchildren. His specialty was deep-fried turkey and grilling BBQ, showcasing his culinary skills and love for family gatherings. A sports enthusiast, Ricky passionately supported the Detroit Lions and Pistons, sharing his love for football and basketball with his loved ones.


Ricky was very family-oriented and had the biggest heart. He also had a unique way of making everyone feel special with his humor and kindness. He was known for his dedication to coaching and mentoring the youth, leaving a lasting impact on the lives he touched. He leaves behind cherished memories for those who knew him.


A special message of gratitude is extended to the medical staff at Covenant Healthcare, as well as family and friends, for their unwavering support and care during his final days. Ricky Webb will be deeply missed but forever remembered for his love, laughter, and unwavering dedication to those he held dear.
