Mr. Rico De’Shon Watson passed away, on Friday, March 1, 2024, at Kindred Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Age 49 years. He was born December 20, 1974, in Muncie, Indiana, to Earlene Wesby and Johnny Williams.
Rico, a resident of Saginaw, Michigan, loved his city. His last place of employment was with Johnson Battery Company. He worked as a server on Mackinaw Island. Rico loved to sing, dance, and joke around.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Bristell Watson; two daughters and two sons, Rico Watson Jr., DeAlan Watson, Breeyanna Taylor all of Saginaw, Michigan, and Kaitlin Hill, Muncie, Indiana; four stepchildren, Tony (Byonka) Moten, Jasmin Moten, Jaqulia Carpenter, and Jacoby Carpenter, all of Saginaw, Michigan; grandchildren, Rylee, Ryan, Marlee, and Maliyah Moten, all of Saginaw, Michigan; his beloved mother, Earlene Watson; five sisters, Dreamia Jones, Atlanta, Georgia, and Karnese Sanders, Douglasville, Georgia, Shunella Stewart, LaTasha Watson and Centralia (Samantha) Winfrey, Muncie, Indiana; two brothers, his twin, Tiko Watson, Marcus (Ericka) Wesby, Saginaw, Michigan; many other relatives and friends including special cousins and friends, Robert Jamerson, Kishi Wesby, Donsha Wesby, Cleon (Tnetta) Wesby, Choyce Music Group, and a host of other family and friends.
Rico was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Williams; grandparents, Carl and Rosie Mary Wesby; and his favorite aunt, Rosie "Foxy" Wesby.
