Robert E. Thomas, Jr.

Robert Earl Thomas Jr. was born March 1, 1990 in Monroe, Michigan, the son of Robert Earl Sr. and Patricia (Chapman) Thomas. He passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at the age of 30 years. He liked cars.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, Robert Earl Thomas Sr.; two brothers, Darrell Devon Chapman and Bennie Thomas; grandparents, Norman Jean and O’Neal Chapman; Carrie Lynn Smith.

Robert leaves to cherish his memory one daughter, SaNiyah Jelks Thomas; one son, Robert E. Thomas III; mother, Patricia Thomas; stepmother, Rosie Lee Miller; two sisters, Alicia Chapman, Latrice Chapman (Terrance Jordan); stepsisters, Beverly Thomas, Lashaka Miller, Amy (Fred) Miller Henderson (Fred); stepbrothers, William Otis Miller and Charles Miller; special nephews, Reginald Staton, Vyterius Chapman; special aunt, Barbara (Leon) Williams; uncle, David Chapman; many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends, including special friend, Beverly Jones “BJ”.
