Robert J. Warner

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Joseph Warner, of Saginaw, Michigan, who left us on September 26, 2023, at sixty-nine. Robert was born on March 24, 1954, in Flint, Michigan to Louis and Guilda Warner.

Robert Joseph Warner led a remarkable life, leaving his family and friends with many fond memories. He was a master carpenter and woodworker with a zest for life and a passion for helping others. More than anything else, Robert loved his family and friends. He served his country having enlisted in the Army in 1972. He loved to travel, was an avid fisherman, and loved the outdoors.

He is survived by his brothers; Ed McGraw and his wife Jane, Richard Warner, sisters; Sharon Sutter and husband William, Diana Fish and husband Dan, Katherine Bell and husband, Ralph, Carol Warner-Hughes, Gale Stier and husband, Stuart, Susan Warner, in additional to his many nieces, nephews, cousins, stepsons; Jason Humphrey, Tommy Humphrey, Zachary Smith and extended family members. Robert will be deeply missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Warner and Guilda Warner brothers; William “Willie” Warner, Lary Holmes, Warren Holmes and Raymond Warner.
