Mr. Robert Jones passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Avista Nursing & Rehab. Age 66 years. He was born February 24, 1951 in Baldwin, Michigan to Albert Jones and Annie Jordan Jones.
Robert was employed by General Motors (Chevrolet Grey Iron Foundry) and was a member of UAW Local 668. He enjoyed spending time with his family, watching all types of sports, and cooking. Robert will be truly missed by family and friends who loved him dearly.
He leaves to cherish loving memories his sister, Lula Jones; brother, Joseph Jones; many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends; special friends, Leon, Leon Jr. and Cowboy.
Robert was preceded in death by six brothers, Henry Lee, John Jones, Dave Jones, Alec Jones, Richard Jones and Frank Jones; two sisters-in-law, Georgia Lee and Sheila Jones.
The family expresses special thanks to the staff at Avista Nursing & Rehab; Ivan E. Phillips and the staff of Paradise Funeral Chapel.
