Mr. Robert Wayne Humphrey, Sr., 58, passed away on Friday, October 22, 2021 after a lengthy illness. Robert was born on November 22, 1962 in Alexandria, Louisiana to Earnest and Tener Humphrey.
Robert was a resident of Lansing Michigan. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, watching movies, singing, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
Robert is survived by his mother, Tener Humphrey, two sons, Robert W. Humphrey, Jr., and Justin Humphrey; four sisters, Doris Humphrey, Earnestine (Brian)Kelley, Reatha (Henry) Conway, Verda Humphrey; brothers, Earnest Humphrey, Jr., and Jeffrey Humphrey; granddaughter, Trinity Humphrey; grandson, Wyatt Humphrey, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; special cousin, Rosa Lee Ezell, and special friend, Christine Blackmon.
Robert was predeceased by his father, Earnest Humphrey Sr.; brothers, Anthony Humphrey and Louis Humphrey; grandson, Trenton Humphrey; maternal and paternal grandparents, and several aunts and uncles.
