Ronald Baker (Lansing)

Mr. Ronald Lee Baker passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2022, in Lansing, Michigan. Age 72 years. He was born April 16, 1950, in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The son of Norman L. Baker, Sr., and Anna Mae Giles Baker.

Ronald enjoyed building motorcycles, which was a hobby that started at a young age. He also played basketball during his time at Inkster High School, where he graduated from. Ronald was retired from Joe’s Tree Cutting Company in Detroit, Michigan. Also, he loved his music, traveling, football, and horses. But most of all, he loved his family.

Ronald leaves to cherish his memory wife, Elouise Baker (Cincinnati, Ohio); daughters, Tawana Foster (Detroit, Michigan) and Kamika Baker (Cincinnati, Ohio); stepchildren, Tom Amos and Tobb Amos; grandchildren, L.J. Emery and Amya Emery both of Cincinnati, Ohio; two stepparents; grandparents, Robert Giles and Anna Lue Giles; sisters, Zinnia Baker and Ruth J. Baker; brothers, Greggory D. Baker, James H. Baker, and Donald Baker; many nieces, nephews, 15 aunts, 6 uncles, and cousins; mother-in-law, Mrs. Rozener; father-in-law, Mr. Edward, Sr.; sisters-in-law, Cleola, Jeraline, Ethelrine, Allean, Barbara, Linda, and LaJoyce; brothers-in-law, Edward Jr., Elmer, Nolen, Timmony, and Troy.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Norman L. Baker Sr., and Anna Mae Giles Baker; sisters, Elaine Taylor, Margaret Thomas, Rachel Davenport, and Elsie Baker; and brother, Norman L. Baker Jr.
