Ronnie Richardson passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023, at Toni and Trish House in Auburn, Michigan at the age of 65 years. He was born March 8, 1958, in Chicago, Illinois, to Henry and Mattie Richardson.


Ronnie was a resident of Saginaw, Michigan, and was a member of the New Covenant Christian Center Church. He attended George Westinghouse College Prep High School and Delta College. Ronnie was employed for over 30 years in manufacturing retiring from Suniva Inc. He loved classic movies, classic cars, and Old School R&B music. He was a part of the Men of Honor men’s group at New Covenant Christian Center Church (NCCC). He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Ronnie was fun, humorous, had integrity, and was confident and passionate about the Lord. Ronnie was known to be trustworthy, loyal, observant, and energetic. He showed courage when standing up for his beliefs. He was loved and will be greatly missed.


He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Patryce Richardson; three sons, Antonio Richardson Sr., Ronnie Johnson, and Khyri Bray; one daughter, Marjani Abdur-Rahman; four grandchildren, Shuntonese Richardson, Antonio Richardson Jr., Zaria Johnson; Zaliah Elizabeth Bray, one great-grandchild, Rahim Moore; one brother, Terrence Richardson; one aunt, Verlean Lewis Clark; two uncles, Alec Lewis, and Wesley Lewis; mother and father-in-law, Aubrey and Gertherlawn Collins, two brothers-in-law, Aubrey Lee Collins Jr., and Derrick Collins; two sisters-in-law, Julea Nichelle Collins, and Jamila Cannon; and a host of cousins and friends.


Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Mattie Richardson.


The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to Bishop Ron and Dr. Georgette Frierson, the New Covenant Christian Center Church Family, the staff of Toni and Trish House, Earnest Richardson, Ronnie Doxie, Ivan E. Phillips and the Staff at Paradise Funeral Chapel.
