Sittina Moore, beloved mother, sister, aunt and grandmother, gained her heavenly wings and went to be with the Lord on June 12, 2021. Age 52 years. She was born December 25, 1968 in Saginaw, Michigan to Smith and Gladys Moore.
Sittina attended Arthur Hill High School and graduated with the “Class of 1987.” She loved to dance and was part of a group called “Sittina and the Marvelettes.” She performed in front of thousands of people in many talent shows. She also performed at the “Chesaning Showboat” and professionally with a group called “Parliament Funkadelic.” She loved to work with children and started with “Kinder Kare Daycare” at a young age. She also loved to take care of her grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Tina was a fun loving, outgoing person and if you ever met her, you would surely remember it. Sittina will be missed by family and friends who loved her dearly.
She leaves to cherish her memory one son, Lance Griffin, II; one daughter, Sittoria Griffin; two granddaughters, Passion and Paige Conway; three brothers and five sisters, Jeanette Cassell, Saginaw, Michigan, Smith Jr. (Barbara) Moore, Edd Freddie Moore, both of New Orleans, Louisiana, Joyce Adams, Glenn Sr. (Jerry) Moore, Marjorie (Craig) Williams, Gwendolyn (Bryant) Scott and Domonique Moore, all of Saginaw, Michigan; three aunts, Rev. Bernice Newsom, Joann Herring and Margie Turner of Saginaw, Michigan; uncle, Quentin Moore, Sr., San Francisco, California; godmother, Debra Lewis; many nieces, nephews, cousins, other loved ones and friends, including special friends, Gloria Wells, Stephanie Green and Leslie Renee Kaiser.
Sittina was preceded in death by her parents, Smith and Gladys Moore; grandparents, Fred and Jennie Martin, Marshall and Lizzie Moore; beloved brothers, Tyrone Pearson and Dennis Moore.
