Ste'Von Martel Goodman

SteVon Martel Goodman passed away Monday, March 16, 2009 at the age of 18 years, at St. Marys Medical Center. He was born March 10, 1991 in Saginaw, Michigan to Tiffanny Ann Goodman and Dwarne Eugene McNair. They survive him.
He was a 12th grade student at Arthur Hill High School and the Saginaw Career Complex. SteVon was a candidate for graduation on May 28, 2009. After graduation, he looked forward to joining the Navy, where he would later seek a career as an engineer. He was employed at Jets Pizza on State Street in Saginaw, Michigan. He was well loved by his family, friends, and all those he encountered. He enjoyed playing basketball in the neighborhood and hanging out with his friends. He was well known for his quiet nature, his humbleness and his smile.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother Tiffanny Goodman, father Dwarne (Felecia) McNair, grandparents Jerry Lee Sr. and Ollie Goodman, Delores McNair, all of Saginaw, Michigan; Alvin Cannon, Sr. of Grand Rapids, Michigan; great grandparent, Ella Mae Craft; four sisters: Quaniesha and Lamerris Goodman, Jasmine McNair and Quanika Williams of Saginaw, Michigan; three brothers: Ellis Shipman, Dwarne Jr. and Bryce McNair of Saginaw, Michigan; four aunts: Markeisha Goodman and Alina Cannon of Saginaw, Michigan, Angie Cannon of Jackson, Michigan and Tracy Hernandez of Detroit, Michigan; four uncles: Jerry Lee Goodman, Sr. of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Myron McNair of Saginaw, Michigan and Alvin Jr. and Calvin Cannon of Jackson, Michigan; special cousins: Nathaniel Lewis, Nate and Dimitri Cobble, Terrence, Monique and Brianna Goodman, Jason and Ciara Cannon; special friends: Jerome Barbie, Marcel Antwine, Robert Bond, James Jelks, Daquarious and Paris Jones. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents Jesse Parker, Wardell and Zemira Goodman and a special aunt Jerri Lynn Goodman.
