Susan (Lansing) Robertson

Mrs. Susan A. Robertson passed away Thursday, November 12, 2015 at McLaren Hospital in Lansing, Michigan at the age of 69 years. She was born August 30, 1946 to Delbert Skeen and Virginia Mae Justice in Kenova, West Virginia.
Susan resided in Lansing Michigan where she was a member of Capital City Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, bingo, and spending time with family and friends. Susan was a strong believer in the Lord. Bible studies made her very happy. Susan was always joking and putting smiles on the faces of family and friends. She loved taking care of her family. Susan will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Michael D. Robertson; two daughters, Patricia Allen Trisha and Martha Rodriquez Marty many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one sister, June Raborn; two brothers, Del Skeens and Steven Skeens; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; two sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law; many other relatives and friends including special friends, Thea Marrow Road Dog and Carlos Muriel.
Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Virginia Skeens, mother and father-in-law, Dudley and Valgene Robertson, sons, Michael Martin, Timothy and Steven Bennett and Craig Robertson; daughters, Linda Craig and Julie Robertson, brother, Clay Skeens and sister-in-law, Glenda Cooper.
The family would like to express special thanks to Pastor Al and Dolly Cooper, Chapel Hill, and to Ivan E. Phillips and the staff of Paradise Funeral Chapel and Arrangement Services.
