Tammy Cassidy (Lansing)

Tammy Sue Cassidy was born on Sunday, October 27, 1974, in Lansing, Michigan, to parents, James and Phyllis (Cassidy) Wilson. Sadly, she passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at McLaren Hospital, Lansing, Michigan. 

Tammy was a lifelong resident of Lansing and Holt, Michigan. She attended Holt Public Schools and graduated in 1992. Tammy was a devoted mother and loved taking her family swimming. 

Tammy was a true character; whether she was making funny faces for pictures, making a new recipe in the kitchen, or watching her Lifetime movies. Tammy also had a passion for coloring pictures and volunteering for activities at the Mason-Holt Eagles; but her true passion was spending time with her family. 

Tammy leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Nicole Cassidy Greybill; lifelong partner, Fred Greybill; mother, Phyllis (Cassidy) Wilson; grandfather, James Cassidy, Sr.; sister, Amy Cassidy and stepsisters, Tanya Sweka and Kara Wilson; nieces, Maria Pupo-Rivera, Selena Gomez, and Abby Sweka; nephews, Emilio Pupo-Rivera, Jerrod Wilson, and James Sweka; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. 

Tammy was preceded in death by her father, James Cassidy, Jr., stepfather, David Wilson, paternal grandmother, Beverly Cassidy, maternal grandparents, Fred and Susie Rutledge and brother, Cody Wilson.
