Tammy Porterfield Morgan

Tammy Lynn Morgan, beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Niece, Aunt, Cousin and Friend,went home to be with her Lord on Monday April 1, 2019 at her residence. Age 45 years. She was born November 14, 1973 in Saginaw, Michigan, the daughter of Diane Porterfield and A.R.P. Brown Jr.

Tammy accepted Christ at an early age. She loved God and her family immensely and it was displayed daily. She was a graduate of Saginaw High School, “Class of 1991.” She was employed with Heaven Leigh Helping Hands In Home Health Care until her health declined. She loved to travel with family, play bingo, have cookouts, entertain, and hang out with the crew on girls trips. Tammy met no strangers and was loved by many people.

When Tammy gained her wings April 1, she was met at heaven’s gates by her grandparents, Bernard and Dorothy Porterfield, R.P. and Ella Mae Brown; aunt, Annette Kellum; uncles, Bernard Porterfield Jr., James Brown and Donald Brown; father-in-law, Joseph Morgan; brother-in-law, Jerry Morgan.

She leaves lasting memories with her loving husband, Thomas Morgan; mother, Diane Porterfield; father, A.R.P. Brown; sons, Donald Eiland III, Telliono Brookins, Aden Morgan; grandchildren, Don’Zarriya Lynn Eiland, Donald Ray Eiland IV, Makia Brielle Lynn Eiland; goddaughter, Arianna Tinsley; stepchildren, Quantella( Labaron) Nichols, Quwanna (Garth) Bacchus, Thomas Morgan II, Tommesha Morgan, Juan Pruitt, Roshanda (Darries) Noel; brothers, Reginald Porterfield, A.R.P. and Demetric Wiley; sisters, Ashaki Porterfield, Dorita, Carnesha Wiley; niece, Na’Kita Whitson; nephews, Gary Jones Jr., Reginald Easley; mother-in-law, Clara Morgan; sisters-in-law, Joann Bowman, Linda (Herman) Perkins, Marilynn (Lawrence) Jones, Lucilla Morgan; brother-in-law, William (Cottawanna) Morgan; aunts, great-uncle, Omowale Art Smith; aunts, Sandra Hill, Donna Porterfield, Barbara Reid; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends, including “I am my sister’s keeper Crew”, the Fabulous 5 and now 4, Terina Lee, Dwana Banks, Tasha Douglas and Ashaki Porterfield, special family and friends, Carla Webb, Barbara Hawkins, Deborah (Pete) Sutton, Adriane (Keith) Henry, Tonya (Byron) Turner, Devica (Michael) Pratt, Kim (John) Bond, and Tina (Randy) Harper,
