Temi Sewell (Lansing)

Ms. Temi Faith Sewell passed away January 8, 2021, at her residence in Lansing, Michigan. Age 62 years. Born on December 21, 1958 to parents George Sewell and Dalene Mulder.

Temi was crafty and resourceful. She could repurpose anything! She would love to sit and color or make art projects with her grandchildren. She would always give wonderfully warm, long lasting hugs. Saving was a passion of hers; if you needed something for this or that, she would most likely have it or would find a way to make it work. Temi was caring to all and will be deeply missed by many.

She leaves to cherish her memory sons, Jeremy Lee and Jacob Paul; daughter Daniéle Dalene; grandchildren Jacob, Jr., Zachary, Mackenzee, Désirée, Jeremy Jr., Jayna, Jeran, Sophia, Faith, Messiah and Avayah; sister Teri (Austin) Robison; brothers Tod (Sarah) Grams and Ty (Michelle) Grams; nieces Jenifer, Bethany and Amiah; nephews Greg and Tim; uncles Terry Mulder and Michael Austin; many other relatives and friends including special friends Amy, Anna, Victoria and Surena all whom were like daughters to her, as well as Rahmi who was an honorary grandson.

Temi is preceded in death by mother Dalene Grams; stepfather Wilbur Grams; Grandmother Arlene Wright and great grandmother Helen Ryal; aunts Elmie Austin and Cynthia (Jose) Velez.

The family would like to express special thanks to Ingham County PACE and to the many wonderful healthcare workers that touched our mother’s life.
