Terrence Tate (Lansing)

Mr. Terrence Lynn Tate passed away Sunday, July 21, 2024, at his residence in Lansing, Michigan. Age 45 years. He was born on Tuesday, April 24, 1979, in Lansing, Michigan. The son of Linda Tate-Walker and Billy Williams.

Terrence was raised in the City of Lansing and graduated from Walter French Academy. He attended Mount Hope Church. Terrence enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He also enjoyed taking walks outside, sports especially watching professional wrestling (WWE) and basketball on television. Terrence enjoyed listening to music and writing his owe music.

He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Linda Tate-Walker and Billy Williams Jr.; stepfather Donald Walker; grandparents, Jessie Ree Wilson and Martha Williams; sister, Latasha (Elden Dukes) Tate; brothers, DeShaun Tate and Antione (Angel) Williams; 5 nieces, Brianna, Alethea, Taliyah, Sierra, and Brezlyn; 2 nephews, Antonie and Javonie; 4 aunts, Rochelle Tate, Patricia Tate, Teresa Williams and Letha Williams; many great nieces, great nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including special friends, Corey Sanders, David Tripplett, Willie Lee Brooks “Man”, and Q.T. Harris.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Billy Williams, Sr.; uncles, Tracy Williams, Michael Tate, and Dennis Tate.
