Mr. Terry Lee Bender of Saginaw, Michigan. Beloved son, brother, father and uncle passed away at age 44. The son of the late Floyd Willie Bender and Marilyn Cheathem.
He attended Holy Mission Church of God in Christ and Something Good Going On Holy Ghost Revival at VFW Hall. He received his G.E.D. in 1987. Terry was a cook and professional meat cutter. He loved to laugh and have fun with his family and friends. He enjoyed watching movies and loved to barbeque. Terry was very concerned about his family spending time together and helping each other. He would reach out and help anyone.

Cheathem of Vassar, MI; sisters: Eva Ware-Smith of Orlando, FL, Lucy Johnson, Milwaukee, WI, Debra (Amos) Bridgewater, Saginaw, MI, Constance (Vernshea) Wallace, Saginaw, MI, Tushja (Nicanory) Subula, Saginaw, MI and Carolyn (Duane) Sample, Saginaw, MI; brothers Anthony Bender, Saginaw, MI, Artis DeVell Bothuel, Saginaw, MI and Albert Bothuel, Jr., Atlanta, GA; fiance Drettice Layton of Saginaw, MI; nieces: Kierra Cheathem, Cierra Cheathem, Tierra Cheathem, April Bothuel, Jasmine Bothuel, Sue Williams all of Saginaw and many great nieces; nephews: Marquavious Cheathem, Fred E. Bothuel, Daniel Darby, Matthew Darby and Kerry Williams all of Saginaw and many great nephews; aunts: Wealthy Howard of Saginaw, Rosemary Johnson, Vassar, MI and Jessie Mae Lee of Saginaw; uncle: Cornel Howard of Saginaw and great uncle Velma Moncrief of Saginaw; sisters-in-law: Kathy Bender of Flint, MI and Mattie Bender of Saginaw; many other relatives and friends including special friend James Wilson.
Terry was preceded in death by his father Floyd Willie Bender, grandparents Willie and Eva Bender, Nathaniel Howard, Sr. and Hattie Howard-Harper; brothers Tracey Lorenzo Bender and Floyd (Fat Daddy) Bender, Jr.; nephews JDeangelo Cheathem and Tamarus Darby.
