Mr. Terry Reed Jr. passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, May 29, 2023, at the age of 54 years. He was born April 4, 1969, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Terry Sr. and Janice Reed.
Terry graduated from Saginaw High School C/O ’87. Following graduation, Terry served in the United States Marine Corps, on active duty in Operation Desert Storm. He was employed by Mid-Michigan Truss and Components of Carrollton, Michigan. Terry was the “fix it” man for our family and friends. He was very good with his hands; if you needed a new ceiling fan installed, all you had to do was call Terry. He loved listening to his music, laughing, and joking. There was nothing like his smile, it would light up the room. Terry was an avid Detroit Lions fan. We will miss Terry dearly until we meet again.
Terry leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Terry Reed III, and DeQuaveus Reed; grandchildren Messiah Demarco, Clementine, and Ambrose Reed, all of Saginaw, Michigan; parents, Terry, and Janice Reed; two sisters, Jacqueline (Anthony) Roberts, Belcamp, Maryland, and Margaret Cobb, Auburn Hills, Michigan; one brother, Otis Reed, Ft. Wayne, Indiana; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; many other relatives and friends including special friend, Jason Tarver.
Terry was preceded in death by his grandparents, James Otis and Malonia Reed, and William and Margaret Boyles.
