Timothy (Lansing) Lovett

Mr. Timothy Lovett made his untimely transition on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at his residence in Lansing, Michigan. Age 54. He was born June 4, 1962 to the union of Raymond and Birtha Lee Lovett in Detroit, Michigan.
Timothy received his formal education in the Detroit Public School system. In 1982, he moved to Lansing, Michigan to further his education at Lansing Community College. He also worked as a healthcare professional for many years. Timothy enjoyed bringing joy and laughter to everyone that he met. On any given day of the week, you could find him feeding the homeless with the Volunteers of America or performing as an amateur pianist at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan.
He leaves to cherish his memory: one brother, Lamarr Lovett, three sisters, Miranda Smith, Eunice (Miller) Mendenhall and Gloria (Gregory) Smith; life companion, Cookie Jones; 31 nieces and nephews; 96 great-nieces and great-nephews; one great-great-niece; other relatives and friends including special friend, Darlene.
He is preceded in death by his parents, six brothers, Joe Nathan, Reginald, Adrian, Raymond, Naymond and Calvin Lovett; two sisters, Lynette Brown and Andrea Robinson.
