Mr. Tom Johnson Jr., Saginaw, MI. Our beloved brother, father, grandfather, great grandfather and uncle went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at Heartland Nursing Home, age 66. He was born March 6, 1943 in New Orleans, LA.
His memories will be cherished by his two sons Vincent Johnson (Lisa Riley), Saginaw, MI, Derrick (Antoinette) Doster-Johnson, Atlanta, GA; ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren, eight sisters: Bernadine (Bobby) Jelks, Olivia (Danny) Dottery, Loretta (Jacob) McElhaney, Barbara Johnson, Mildred Hicks of Saginaw, MI, Ina (Henry) Bynum, Bay City, MI, Virgil Jeanette (Sherman) Cotton, Milwaukee, WI, and Cherry (Jerry) Givens, GrandBlanc, MI; five brothers: Elder Samuel (Phyllis) Johnson, Grand Blanc, MI, Jerry (Bobbie) Johnson, Mt. Pleasant, MI, Melvin Johnson, Bay City, MI, Ameal and Lyndon Johnson of Saginaw, MI; sister-in-law Ola Mae Johnson; special friends: Stacey Leverson, Larry Walker and Linda Gray; many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
Tom was predeceased by his wife Beverely Johnson, father Rev. Tom Johnson Sr., mother Velma Johnson, sister, Rose Marie Lewis; three brothers: Wendell, Terry and Rollie Johnson; mother-in-law Ethel Lee Mack, father-in-law Ben Mack, sister-in-law Veronica McKnight and brother-in-law Jackie Mack.
