Beloved father, son and brother passed away Sunday, July 5, 2009, age 39. The son of James and Pearl Wright was born August 23, 1968 in Saginaw, Michigan. Torri was a lifelong resident of Saginaw. He accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of Truevine Missionary Baptist Church, serving with the Laymens Department and Male Chorus. Torri attended Saginaw Public Schools. He was previously employed with the family-owned business. Torri loved car detailing, bowling, movies, fashion (suits, shoes, hats) and spending time with family and friends.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Shantorria Wright; parents James and Pearl Wright; siblings: Sherry L. Wright of Saginaw, LeSha R. (Joe) Price of Atlanta, GA, Yalonda V. Wright of Atlanta, GA and James L. (Delores) Wright, Jr. of Saginaw; three nieces and five nephews; many aunts, uncles and cousins, a host of other relatives and friends. Torri was preceded in death by his grandparents: William and Irine Brewer and Mose and Bessie Wright.
