Vanessa Morris passed away Monday, March 5, 2012 at her residence. Age 53 years.She was born July 20, 1958 in Youngstown, Ohio to Joseph and Frances Yarn.
Vanessa graduated from Saginaw High School. She attended Greater Coleman Temple COGIC Outreach Campus. She was employed at General Motors Corporation for over nine years. Some of her hobbies were working in the yard making sure everything was neat and organized, she was very creative around the the house. She was a loving, caring and thoughtful person when it came her family making sure that everyone was fine.
Vanessa leaves to cherish her memories, one son, Michael Jabon (Crystal) Yarn: two grandchildren, MyKia Jones, Anasia Williams; her mother, Frances Yarn; one sister, Carolyn Choyce; two brothers, Jerome and Joey Yarn; two nieces, Lakeska and Stacy Choyce; five nephews, Kenneth Choyce, Joey Jenkins, Andre Jenkins, Fred Jenkins, Marquay Jenkins; two aunts, Lucille Williams, Frances Jones; two uncles, James Chatman, Johnny Chatman; six cousins, Chris Yarn, Kareem Yarn, Tim Yarn, Phillip Yarn, Patricia Allen, Irene Chatman, many other relatives and friends, including a special friend, Demetria Wolfley. A special thanks to Supt. H. J. Coleman Jr. and the Greater Coleman Temple COGIC Outreach Campus.
She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Yarn and her grandparents.
