Veronica Gaddy Burton

Mrs. Veronica Latrice Gaddy-Burton was born on October 7, 1991 in Saginaw, Michigan to Ronald Gaddy and Stacy Rasco. She went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Spectrum Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Age 29 years.

Veronica was a resident of Saginaw, Michigan. She accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Truevine Baptist Church. She was a graduate of Buena Vista High School, “Class of 2009.” She graduated from Hair Force Academy in Flint, Michigan as a Certified Nail Technician. Veronica was employed at Morley Travel Agency Call Center until December of 2020, and as a nail tech at A Touch of Class Beauty Salon under Sherry Wright. She also worked as an assistant manager at Comfort Inn Suites in Birch Run, Michigan. Veronica was a caring person who was passionate about her work and the people she met. Her radiant smile won the hearts of many. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Veronica was preceded in death by her mother, Stacy Rasco; great-grandparents, Lewis and Evelyn Rasco, Henry and Pearl Pelt.

She leaves to cherish loving memories her husband, Earvin Burton; three sons, Kaydin Burton, Khalil Cooper and Khizer Burton, all of Saginaw, Michigan; father, Ronald Gaddy; grandparents, Willie and Betty Rasco, Esther Steward; three aunts, Sonya Pelt, Kimberly (Mark) Rasco-Bryant, Ametra Harris; uncle, Steve (Norma) Gaddy; seven cousins, Deondrea (Quentin) Woods, Cedric Jeffery II, Darvin Jr. (Champagne) Ham, Kimbrianna (Mike) Rasco-Weiskirch, Steve Gaddy Jr., Shannon Gaddy; mother-in-law, Sharon Gaines; father-in-law, Rodney Burton; three brothers-in-law, Jordan, Kendrick and Antwan Gaines; many other relatives and friends including special family and friends, the Rasco, Pelt and Gibson families, Sherry Wright, Brittney Hutton, the Payne, Bryson and Ruffin families, and a host of other special cousins, relatives and friends.
