Willie Granger

Mr. Willie Granger passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center. Age 55 years. He was born April 14, 1956 in Dalton, Alabama to James and May Alice Granger.
Willie spent 4 years in the United States Army as a Chef, he also worked in construction for many years. He enjoyed playing chess, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Donna Granger; three children, Christopher James, Melanie and Brice Galvin; step-daughter, Tamja Hibbler; grandchildren, Amber, Kavon, AJylah; grandparents, Murtis and Minnie Bell Tatum; step-sisters, Linda, Barbara, Angela and Louise Galvin, Lena Mae, Rose and Hattie Oliver; brothers, Bill Granger, Dennis Johnson (Denise McBride); step-brothers, Michael, Carl, Larry and Freddie Galvin, Eddie Oliver; aunt, Lily Mae Dawkins; uncle and best friend Arthur Lee Flinnon; five sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law; god-father, Tommie Green; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including special friends, Nannie Miller, John Flinnon, David Hibbler, Emery Miller and L.C. Haynes.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Mary Alice Granger; brother, Allen Galvin and Minnie Ann Granger.
