Mr. Willie Maurice Jones of Lansing, Michigan passed away Saturday, November 15, 2014. Age 60 years. Mr. Jones was born August 14, 1954 in Detroit, Michigan to Augusta and Willie Rico Jones. Willie attended Detroit Public Schools and worked steadily throughout his life.
Willie departed this life on November 15, 2014 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan.
Willie leaves to cherish his memory; two sisters, Laverne A. Lilley and Aishah Abdull-Baith; one brother, Carlis Jones. Two nieces, DeShawn Young and Haniah Jones; three great-nieces, Chiann Young Abdull-Baith, Reniecia Neal and Hazel Lanier; two nephews, Anthony Juan Williams, Cornell Jackson and one great-nephew, Jay'Von Young. Special friend Shirley Ann Bowen, among many beloved friends and family.
