Zarica Allen (Lansing)

Ms. Zarica Allen passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan. Age 47 years. She was born May 21, 1971 in Lansing, Michigan to her parents, James Gilmore and Lurrie Allen.

Zarica was long time resident of Lansing, Michigan where she graduated from the Hill Vocational Academy. She was employed through Elite Company. Zarica attended Divine Destiny Outreach Ministries Church under the leadership of Pastor Walter and Lady Francine Allen. She was an avid magnet collector, loved her daytime soaps, cooking, hanging out with her friends, playing Dominos, video games and she especially loved taking her kids to the park. Zarica also loved being with family, riding bikes, entertaining, skate boarding and attending church.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, William Joseph “Jo-Jo” Ryan; 4 children, Shontaye Rinitte Caulk, Lansing, Michigan, Clarence Laron Henderson, Jr., Arlington, Texas, Dontaye Daquis Caulk, Las Vegas, Nevada,and Alexus Marie Caulk, Detroit, Michigan; grandchildren, Zachary Lazarre, Darvon Henderson and Janiah Lashay Eure all of Lansing, Michigan, Jaylen Caulk and Elijah V. Caulk of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Nikilya Henderson of Nashville, Tennessee; grandmother, Walterine Allen; sisters, Luvie (Eric) Raines and Taneisha (Moses) Hobbs; brothers, McClennen “Mac” Cole II and Veldon Cole; aunts, Jacqueline Caulk and Kathy (Tony) Howard; uncles, Aldrek (Denise) Allen, Walter (Francine) Allen and Timothy (Valerie) Allen; many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including special friends, Katina Hall, Trina Farrell and Lindayanna Miller.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Marquisha Collins and grandfather, Albert Allen.
